We are able to offer you four different types of business development service solutions where you will have your own virtual or sales office in Düsseldorf, Monaco, London in Europe, or Houston in USA, with all the expected services of a professional set up at reduced costs.
Our business development service solutions are: Virtual Office, Silver Package, Gold Package, Platinum Package,and the Full Package, which includes all services to achieve a successful and rapid market entry.
Explanation of Services Provided
Dedicated Sales Manager
A Dedicated Sales Manager will be appointed to your company who will work as a Key Accountant exclusively for your projects. The hours worked on a monthly basis is based on the business development service solution.
Generate Assessment, Market Analysis (readiness to export)
As the first and essential stage of an internationalization project, we lay out an evaluation of opportunities for your company according to the information received during the training period. The duration for this analysis depends on your package choice, i.e. one month for platinum, three months for gold and six months for silver.
Manage Sales Activities for Existing Clients
We offer a large variety of sales activities for your existing clients in your requested territory. We handle all incoming inquiries, orders, and other communication, and will provide up-to-date feedback from all activities.
Report on Calls and Meetings
We will keep record of all calls and meetings, and provide a complete overview of all sales and customer activities. You will be regularly informed on all developments involving your project.
Visit Domestic Clients to Create Opportunities
Go-on professionals are regularly travelling across the country visiting various clients and their customers; therefore, we provide very efficient travel costs due to synergies. Additional client visits are performed throughout the year as needed.
Visit Specifically Dedicated Clients within 300 km Roundtrip on a Monthly Basis
To assist you in meeting customers, we offer monthly client visits within 300 km of our office’s location, as specified in the package of your choice.
Additional Dedicated Client Visits
Additional client visits are available and will be mutually agreed upon. We will send a custom tailored agenda describing your sales opportunities and travel plans for your approval.
Attend Trade Fairs
We will attend trade shows as your local sales team in order to approach prospective customers and participate in client meetings. We will attend as a representative, and this service does not include booth management or hostess service.
Execute Procurement Activities
We offer support in searching and finding new suppliers to optimize your cost structure. This includes sourcing suppliers, arranging the inquiry and order, and arranging shipping and delivery for your projects.
Complete Monthly Calls, Send Informative Emails, Advertise by Phone
A dedicated sales manager will take care of all active sales activities. We provide consistent communication to your existing and potential clients, sending informative emails and product information to increase your sales.
Establish E-mail Address and Dedicated Telephone Number
An additional branch office email address will be established to enable our employees to deal directly with your customers. Furthermore, we set up “email@example.com”, which we will continuously oversee and manage. The received emails will either be dealt with directly by us, or forwarded to the point person within your company. Emails we send on your behalf will show your company logo and the German, Monegasque, English, Dutch, or American address.
Your company will have a separate telephone number to be answered by a native speaker welcoming the caller with your company name. Furthermore, we will have a personalized voicemail set up for your company in the event that our offices are closed.
Translate Emails and Basic Correspondence
We offer translation services of incoming mail and communications between you and your clients. The translation of marketing material or technical specifications exceeding 350 words or 20% of the sales manager’s time available per package is not included in our basic services. Any exceeding amount can be outsourced and invoiced to you upon approval.
Mailing Cost (Courier) and Photocopying
Your package includes all costs of national standard postal services sent on your behalf. We will undertake any photocopying and sorting of mailings and promotional material for you (black & white, and colour to be quoted separately). Additional courier services are available at cost and invoiced to you accordingly.
Implement Travel Services
Travel Arrangements will be managed including hotel reservations, travel for trade fairs, and train and airline tickets within Europe.
Provide Meeting Room Facilities
The Go-on offices are available for you to use for client meetings, including presentation equipment and refreshments for up to 5 days per month. We also offer to arrange conferences (cost on request).
Provide a Temporary Working Place on Demand
The Go-on offices are available for you and your employees while travelling for up to 5 days per month, including dedicated work space and meeting rooms. Established wireless internet connection, printing and photocopying services, and secretarial support are available during your visit.
Offer Pro-active Work Paid per Hour
We are available for hourly activities or administrative tasks. Both parties will determine the additional cost according to the contract undersigned and project approved. Any specific tasks not listed in the points above can be covered upon mutual agreement.
